HAPPY HANUKKAH! HAPPY ROSH CHODESH!

Shalom! Happy Hanukkah! Happy Rosh Chodosh!

The Hebrew month of Tevet will begin tomorrow night, November 28, 2019, at sunset. No new moon was sighted from Jerusalem tonight, or from any part of Israel. Thus, by default, the 30th day of Kislev will end tomorrow at sunset and we will begin the 10th month of Tevet.

Hey, what happened to Hanukkah! We’re in it! The 24th day of Kislev, day one of Hanukkah, began Saturday evening the 23rd of November. (Haggai 2:18-22a)

The 24th of Kislev is associated with the return of Messiah. It is also the day Yahushua was conceived in the womb of Miriam by the Set-Apart Spirit – 24 Kislev 4 BCE – the day the “Seed” went into the “storehouse” womb. (Genesis 3:15)

Yahushua was born on Yom Teruah September 11, 03 BCE. [Refer to: “Yahushua’s Birthday! The Truth About Yom Teruah, September 11, 03 BCE”] “From this day on, I will bless you.” It was a day when the heavens declared the esteem of Yahuwah, noted by wise men from Parthia.

June 17th, 02 BCE, the wise men/Magi would have seen the convergence of two brilliant planets that looked like a huge star (Jupiter and Venus). It was at this time they began their journey to Bethlehem, arriving December 25, 02 BCE, led by a conjunction of Jupiter and Venus that just kept on shining, then seemed to rest over Bethlehem. December 25, 02 BCE was during the week of Hanukkah.

Whether you celebrate Thanksgiving or not, let us be thankful for the 24th of Kislev! Let us be thankful that we have another month to serve the Master!

Shalom, in His love,

Yedidah
