Titus 2:11-14: “For the grace of Yahuwah appeared, bringing salvation for all people, training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in this present age, waiting for our BLESSED HOPE, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Yahushua ha Mashiach (“Jesus the Christ”) who gave Himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for Himself a people for His own possession who are zealous for good works.”
Yes, today we celebrate Yahushua’s victory for us – tasting death for every one of us – to deliver us through to the other side – into His realm of eternity forever. Free of the memories of the hurts and pains of this earth – free forever.
One word stood between our salvation and our damnation. Abba brought this to my attention last night. ONE WORD – Messiah in the Garden asked His Abba/Father/Daddy if there was any other to save mankind other than His death on the sake – please Abba, deliver Me. But then, on the heals of that statement, He quickly said: “NEVERTHELESS, NOT MY WILL BUT YOURS BE DONE.” The word “nevertheless” bridged your damnation to your salvation. Without the “nevertheless” we’d be lost forever with no hope of eternal life.
It is the same with us: If you intend to enter His Kingdom, you must relinquish your right to your “self-will.” You must say to Him: “Nevertheless, not my will but Yours be done.” “Your Kingdom come; Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” Our personal prayer. We either belong to Abba as our Father by our faith in Yahushua/Jesus/Yeshua, or we do not. If we belong to Abba, then we must allow Yahushua to give us His Spirit to prepare us for eternity with Them.
Many are “believers” but not committers. “You are not your own, you are bought with a price.” In a true new birth, we literally are transferred out of slavery to the kingdom to darkness into the Kingdom of “His Dear Son.” Yahushua becomes our Master, as Yahuwah’s Spirit enters and becomes our Teacher, Director, Guide towards Eternity, empowering us with His gifts (I Corinthians 12:1-12)
