On Friday, Derek did a marvelous podcast about Shavu’ot – anointed, powerful. Listen to that and be blessed. On Shabbat he did a quick blog sharing with us the video of Jonathan and Melissa Helser in a large gathering singing the song of Lazarus – “He Came.” You can hear it, and many other fantastic songs on Derek’s playlist on his website, thewelltroddenroad.org, but to see this video, which is an extended version of the song during a time of worship, well Derek cried, I cried through it. The anointing – Presence – of the Spirit of Yahuwah is powerful in that place. Notice the Asian people worshipping our Elohim. In the song Melissa sings “You are a miracle-working God” over several times. After the first few times, the words begin to go straight into your reborn spirit, and you can literally feel His love.
In this podcast, I share revelation that I received in the cave on Patmos where Yochanan/John received the Revelation. I was there on my 50th spiritual birthday, May 13, 2001. While there, for 2 hours I sat in the Presence of Elohim and wrote for an hour revelation that He gave me on Revelation 5:1 to 6:1 – “why Yochanan wept.” It is powerful – not because of me, but because of the intensity by which the Spirit related it to me.
My dad’s favorite chapters of Scripture were Revelation 4 and 5. He was reading them when he died. Now, he and my mother are together in that throne room. I ask you to join me in the throne room also on this day and every day.
On the 1st Shavu’ot after Messiah ascended, He poured out upon the Spirit of Yahuwah. II Kings 8 – it’s the same thing as what happened when Solomon sent for the Ark to be brought up from Zion/City of David and placed in the Most Set-Apart Place. The priests could not stand up because of the power of the Spirit of Yahuwah descending onto that Ark.
When you are under the power of the Spirit, your physical body is literally feeling His electrical energy flowing between your spirit and His throne room. It’s not emotional head-hype! I know rousing music gets a lot of people into emotional frenzy and head-hype. That’s all it is. There is no life-transformation in head-anything. The soul is for our life down here – and we need our mind and emotions. But, we’re called up like Yochanan into heavenly places to sit with Him – Colossians 3:1-4 – and that can only be done through the eternal Spirit.
