I am moving right along, hoping to have the Book of Acts completely podcasted by Shavu’ot, Feast of Weeks, Feast of “Pentecost,” or 50 in Greek. 50 days after First Fruits, always on a Sunday, brings us to Pentecost Sunday as we used to call it in church. Few acknowledge this day in churches anymore, and in Messianic congregations few acknowledge it past the giving of the Torah on Sinai 50 days after they crossed the Red Sea.
The giving of the Torah (Exodus 19-20) was spoken by “the Word of Yahuwah,” Yahushua, on Mount Sinai, and the Ten Commandments given to Moshe/Moses on the Mountain, under one of the four major portals into heaven from earth, who was also the One who sent to us the Spirit – who is Yahuwah – on the 50th day after First Fruits. The Red Sea crossing happened on First Fruits – from death to life. It was the day Messiah rose from the dead!
There is nothing in the Word that does not point to Messiah, the only brought-forth Son of Yahuwah. To know Yahushua is life eternal, for He is the gateway to Yahuwah and the Kingdom of heaven.
