Greetings:
This article is entitled: “Devouring Lambs and Straying Sheep – The Battle Cry of a Warrior-Shepherd.” It is #70.0 under the Mikvah of the Heart of Elohim, or Recent Articles. [Derek has created a new numbering system for my articles so that I can post more than 100 articles under each Mikvah. Thank you Derek!]
I did not want to write this article! However, as a good Shepherd who loves the flock of Elohim, I knew I had to. Hopefully this is the last one on this subject, at least for now.
When a good Shepherd sees something that is leading lambs and weak or straying sheep astray to their sure death, he goes into fight-mode to protect the flock. When you love His people, no matter what your assignment is for the Master, you are a spiritual Shepherd. As a spiritual Shepherd, you watch, and if you see something that is going to harm one of the “little ones” of the flock, you go into fight mode because that’s the Heart of Elohim! Being protective of those He loves, makes you a partner with Him, like a good sheep dog if nothing else – you do all you can to keep the weaker ones from going off the cliff, or being devoured by wolves.
Proverbs 6:16-19 tells us of seven things Yahuwah hates. The False Prophets do all of them, either in the spiritual realm or natural realm.
Matthew 18:1-7 tells of Yahuwah’s wrath against those who offend the little ones of His flock, “lambs,” or weak and sickly sheep. False Prophets harm mind and spirit, leading the naïve, the ignorant, and the lazy, to the gates of hell.
This article builds on the foundation of the recent article “Paul”/Mikvah of the Heart of Elohim. To understand what I write in this article, make sure you have read “Paul.”
I have been in “the ministry” since I was six, then in church ministry since 9, in missionary work since 11, traveling overseas since 1992, ordained in 1990 with my own 501C Corporation in Texas the same year. So, I know personally the inside reality of what is taught and what is thought in all the various headings of Christian religious slots, Messianic slots, and Jewish slots. I know the root of all religion–ancient sun god worship, shamanism, witchcraft, lust for power and control, and the adoration of man. I have written to expose it in its many facets, like with the article “Religion,” about its many erroneous doctrines since 2000, to direct His Elohim’s true servants to the only rightful Teacher of Truth–the Spirit of Yahuwah.
In John 17, Messiah prayed that we would be “echad” i.e. two or more in unity as one, as He and His Father are “echad.” Psalm 133 talks about the peace of being in unity with our brothers and sisters in faith. But, there is a huge happening taking place about, which Apostle Shaul prophesied about in II Thessalonians 2 known as “the great falling away,” the “apostasy,” in which once-good brothers and sisters would turn from the solid foundation laid by the whole Word through His chosen servants. The whole Word is all in unity when taken in context of the original languages, and in awareness of the cultural of the people at the time it written. But, because of deceived teachers teaching falsehood, instead of learning Truth, people are easily being turned to accept the “doctrines of demons.”
Every good shepherd must be a warrior, as we read of King David in I Samuel 17. He made a good King because he knew what it was like to risk his life to protect the sheep and lambs against wolves, bears, and lions. Thus he protected the flock of Elohim against human “giant” enemies – the Philistines.
The Eastern mind-set if radically different than the Western mind-set! To view the Scriptures as if they were an American, U.K., or European document is pure foolishness. And then there are the words of Messiah in John 16 that the Spirit of Yahuwah would be given to us to bring us into all Truth, so that we stay in unity as we are taught by the same Teacher.
This 43,000+ Christian denominations and organizations reality today is pure hellishness, every one of them based on a man’s or woman’s opinion. The “blind leading the blind” are prosperous because few “believers” are Spirit-taught and Spirit-led. It is because Western culture is radically different than Eastern cultural understanding of dying to self and aligning with a Master. Refer to: “East vs. West,” and “Led.”
Discernment of spirits is one of the major gifts we must have to survive and not be victims of wolves in sheep’s clothing. I Peter 5:8: “Be sober, watch, because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.” (I Corinthians 12:1-9)
Most false prophets, wolves hiding in sheep’s clothing, are trusted respected people in the eyes of man. They get away with their trechery because so few discern their hidden deceit. They come in disguise to “fool even the elect.” (Matthew 7:15-16; 24:24; II Corinthians 11:13-15; II Peter 2, and Jude 1) Look up these Scriptures.
Please refer to: “The True Prophet, the False Prophet, and the Speculators”/Mikvah of Present Reality. This gives ways to discern between what is false and what is in alignment with Elohim, by showing you the nature of the false ones and the true ones.
