This contains a lot of information that you must have. What have we been ingesting??? Most of us must make radical changes in our eating habits and lifestyle to keep from eating a vaccine-tomato, or some other vegetable, fruit or grain with vaccine in it. This has been going on for a long time, besides the awful things put in fertilizers – including ground up humans, feces, and sewer water. But, vaccines – yes. I remember that vaccines were added to fertilizer for corn quite a few years ago.
This is based on a very excellent presentation by Ice Age Farmer. I also give you some references, including one to freeze dried food. We must be very careful what we eat, what we drink.
I was a nutritionist expert from 1982. My family and I were really healthy. That’s when we lived in the country in North Carolina, in the Appalachian Mountains. I was a gourmet cook, and made almost everything from “scratch.” I had 50 different herbs and edible plants growing in our “woods.” I even found some of them to be medicinal.
Now, I still try to follow that lifestyle as much as possible, and use only natural means of healing, and health in general. I’m still very healthy.
But, so many of our lovely vegetables and fruit, grains, etc. are now contaminated with vaccines. So, what do we do? Mike Adams talks about hiding our garden in a room of the house using hydroponics. I suppose there are a lot of things we can do, and must do, to help ourselves stay free of the enemy’s snares.
For so many types of illness, I use colloidal silver, and high doses of vitamin C.
But have noticed that using natural means – vitamins, minerals, teas, colloidal silver, essential oils, etc. are being taken away from us.
From the chief in DC, the USPS and UPS and FEDEX have been told to destroy any shipments of Ivermectin going to individuals. In Russia years ago, the use of colloidal silver was banned. It’s good to have a simple unit to make it yourself. Amazon sells Life Force brand colloidal silver units that work fine.
Of course, there is wisdom needed in using natural things, as well as with man-made medicines. But, folks, now that our DC gov. has put another ban on products from China – realize that most of our medicines have been coming from China – so figure that one.
Stock up as you can on simple foods. Legumes + grain products = protein, i.e. lentils and bread. Learn to make simple bread without leaven – it’s the favorite of all ancient cultures. Learn how to combine foods, grow herbs, etc. Just learn!
Buy a good vegetarian cookbook. We won’t have the privilege of meats and eggs, and dairy milk products much longer.
