Greetings:
This article is entitled “Nakba Day: “The Catastrophe” – Day of Rage – Right of Return – Ramadan,” — 47# under the Mikvah of Israel: Our Eternal Inheritance, or click on “Recent Articles.”
“Nakba Day,” May 15, 2018, comes on the 1st day of Ramadan this year. Because Arabs use a totally lunar calendar, the months change according to the moon only. This May 15th is a very historic and unusual union of two days of the highest significance on the Muslim calendar.
In 1948, on May 14th, Iyar 5 on the Hebrew calendar, Israel became a nation, granted by the United Nations. On May 15th, the new state of Israel was attacked by five surrounding nations, led by Nazi Arabs.
The day became known as the day of rage and revolt for the last 70 years of Israel’s statehood. Israel remains after 70 years, but so do the Arabs who want to destroy it. Things have not only not changed in that way but the fervor of hate has intensified, and now a people Yassar Arafat dubbed “Palestinians,” from many surrounding nations, are going into another day of rage, demanding their right of return to Israel by the multi-millions, and celebrating the 1st day of their most holy month of Ramadan. It’s a rare occurrence with the joining of these two days!
This article is mainly pictures. But, please read and see what Israel is now facing from 1) Gaza, 2) the “West Bank,” 3) the Syrian border and the Golan, 4) Iran, and 5) East Jerusalem. Is this a repeat of the 5 nations against Israel only in another form? This day of rage is not just located in Israel, but it is a worldwide protest. Check to see what is happening with the protests in your nation, or your state.
Pray for Israel like never before. This is a week of worldwide protests against Israel. The problems from Gaza are accelerating, too, with tens of thousands of protesters on the Israeli border.
And, it appears that the U.S. is really coming right into the middle of it to begin their Embassy in Jerusalem. Several other nations are following President Trump’s lead and want to bring their embassies to Jerusalem. Read and see which countries.
Our dear Mandi in South Africa has translated a very important article into Afrikaans: “I Live By Your Word.” It is 15.1 under the Mikvah of the Covenant. If you speak Afrikaans please read it and pass it on to others! Thank you dear sister for your faithfulness in translating articles for me! No one has yet to help me with “The True New Birth” in Spanish or in other languages, but I keep hoping.
Make this week a special week of prayer and proclamation of the Word of Yahuwah!
In His love,
Yedidah
