I start out the podcast with the current news of the Geneva talks failing, and what that means for all of us. The problem is that you have a hard-core military straight man, a former chess champion, trying to communicate with N.A.T.O. and the U.S. Secretary of State who are playing games. After 3 days, there was no genuine breakthrough in communication. Putin called Anthony Blinken a crazy man – no logic, no common sense. Putin just gave up on with the side show and said forget it. Thus, we’re in the “red zone” – in a potential “hot war.”
Russia is 20 years ahead of the U.S. and NATO in electronic warfare, nuclear warfare, with hypersonic missiles that can reach a target in a few minutes – over continents. Steve Quayle has said that this war would begin and be over in a few days. This is because of the technology that is now so destructive that it can demolish a nation in a day. Remember Jeremiah 50-51 and Revelation 18 – speak of New York City being demolished in one hour, and the nation in one day. Already DC and NYC are labeled target 1 and target 2.
Then I went on to explain some things in the narrative of Ya’cob choosing Ephraim, the younger, over Manasseh, the elder, to be the birth right holder of all the tribes, prophesying of his descendants being greater than his brothers. I get into a little clarifying of “British Israelism,” which started me on a right path from my 20s, as Abba taught me to eat kosher fish but throw out the bones. I did not take in their doctrines, just their friendship and what Abba wanted me to know.
Funny story: I came back from one of their meetings in which they talked about not eating pork. That morning I had bought a fresh pound of Oscar Meyer bacon. We met on Saturday evenings, so the next day was Sunday and I was going to cook it for breakfast. I told God that I was going to cook it, but after that I wasn’t going to buy any more pork. It was fresh bacon, so why waste it – my thinking. The next morning, I pulled the bacon out of the refrig to cook it, and it was totally blue with mold. Hahaha … Abba’s humor. I got the message!
I didn’t stay in the British Israel congregation too long, but did get a start on guarding Torah. Abba taught me. I didn’t get involved with the “Messianic Movement,” but in 2000, in Jordan, someone gave me a copy of Batya Wooten’s book Who is Israel? about the house of Israel/Ephraim. It put me on a firm foundation, and explained much. Again, Abba was leading me. My 8 years in Jordan were years of His teaching, that set me on a firm path through the entire Word.
In this podcast, I go into some of “who is the house of Israel today?” I learned much from four of those who worked with Ya’ir Davidy in tracing the tribes, people who lived in Israel. After Jordan I lived in Israel most of the time for 8 years.
Thus, as usual, there is way more in the podcast than in the transcript!!!
ONE SIDE NOTE: While podcasting, a man came to fix the baseboard in my kitchen that mice had chewed through and were coming into the house. He works with the exterminator who works with my duplex manager. So … there is a 2-second pause about 18 minutes into the podcast. You can hear the door bell ring. Shalom, Yedidah
